Dr. Parimal Choudhury Ph.D., President & CEO one of the island’s most well-known economists, was instrumental in the creation of the Food Stamp Program and the School Lunch Program in Puerto Rico, as well as the designing of food, agricultural and anti-poverty programs. A professor at the University of Puerto Rico for many years, Dr. Choudhury has also done pioneering work in the area of medical costs and health insurance plans. He is Custom Research’s CEO, Chief Economist and Statistician.
Iris Morales, M.A., VP Operations has worked for CRC for the last three decades as Vice President of Operations. She is in charge of research and statistical design, as well as data processing and analysis, which are all done in-house. Ms. Morales has established a national and international reputation for the development of innovative research strategies tailor-made to produce actionable results for clients in both the public and private sectors. In addition, she is a world renowned moderator with over 400 focus groups to her credit, covering a wide spectrum of topics.
Dr. Barbara Southard Ph.D, Senior Consultant specializes in social research and social policy analysis. Formerly a professor at the University of Puerto Rico and Associate Dean of Graduate Studies at the Rio Piedras Campus, Dr. Southard has been working with CRC for the past twenty years. She is a leader in the field of project design, proposal writing, data analysis and interpretation. She has built a reputation for providing insightful analysis and recommendations to guide decision-making.
Shubin Andrew Choudhury, ABA, Sales & Marketing Director | IT Director after graduating with an ABA in 2002 he worked for CRC for 2 years. Soon after he accepted a position with Enterprise Rent-a-Car and served as Branch Manager throughout the greater Miami area for 6 years. Next, Shubin accepted a position with Wells Fargo Bank, where he worked as a credit manager. At the beginning of 2012 Shubin rejoined CRC as our Director of Sales and Marketing. In addition to what his position requires, he is in charge of all of CRC information technology for both qualitative and quantitative research.
Ms. Jessica Iturrino Caraballo B.A., HR Director | Accounting | Project Director graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with B.A. in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing. She has been working with CRC during the last 12 years. Her present tasks include directing research projects independently under the guidance of VP, Operations, supervision, editing, codification, data analysis and report writing. She has directed several research projects very successfully dealing directly with our clients. Her track record with CRC has been excellent.
Ms. Diana Fernández Villanueva B.A., Data Analysis | Data Processing | Project Director in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico with her major in Marketing. She has been working with CRC for the last 10 years. Due to the excellence of her performance in different areas of market research, she got promoted to the position of Market Research Specialist two years after joining CRC. Her present tasks include directing research projects independently under the guidance of VP, Operations, supervision, editing, codification, data analysis and report writing. She has directed several research projects very successfully dealing directly with our clients. Her track record with CRC has been excellent.
Ms. Giselle Rolón Marrero B.A., Data Analysis |Report Specialist | Project Director graduated from InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico with a B.A. in Business Administration majoring in Marketing. She worked for 13 years with the Marketing Research Division of Nielsen where she gained extensive experience with field work and data collection and analysis, as well as administrative tasks involved in overseeing market research. She was appointed Group Leader for Format Analysis and Data Collection, and Project Analyst for Consumer Research at Nielsen. Her present tasks at CRC include directing research projects under the guidance of the VP Operations. Her responsibilities include supervision, editing, codification, data analysis and report writing. She has directed several research projects very successfully dealing directly with clients. Her track record with CRC has been excellent.
